'You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. '

'Had to come up to Seattle for my daughter's university graduation. Because it was also a World Cup match weekend, the hotels (FIFA) were gouging and hotel prices insane. I was happy to have found this property in Capitol Hill at a reasonable price since it was walking distance to my daughter's dorm. Because I normally stay in hotels in the area or the airport, I was slightly anxious that I was going to be staying at a bed and breakfast tha I hadn't done so in so long. 'Beth and John were an absolute delight to stay with! The pictures do not do this scenic escape justice. We had a delicious breakfast overlooking the lake every morning, as well as rejuvenating nights in the hot tub. We were only there for a few days, but it truly felt like staying with family. My boyfriend and I kept saying it felt like, "a mini vacation inside our vacation." You won't want to miss it!'
