'The breakfast was excellent every day, the room and hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful and even took me back to my car on arrival when I had parked a good distance away from the hotel. The only faults I could find was the door had to be slammed to be locked and occasionally the shower went cold but then warmed back up again. Thank you very much, I enjoyed my stay! '

'It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile. Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50. All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.'

'Very comfortable, nice to have an onsite restaurant. Great breakfasts. Staff were very accommodating. Nice furnishings in the room - modern bathroom. I left my jacket in the wardrobe and realized 4 days later! I emailed and received a quick response. Housekeeping had it and it was posted to me the next day. Thank you so much!'

'keurig hotel zonder poespas. jammer dat douche weinig kracht had wanneer ook andere gasten water gebruikten. personeel erg vriendelijk, uitgebreid engels ontbijt. hotel is tevens veel gebruikte locatie voor bruiloften; niet of nauwelijks geluidsoverlast voor hotelgasten. bijbehorend restaurant eenvoudig maar goed. '
