'Nice room and comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom/shower. Bus from sapa drops you outside door. Staff very friendly and helpful and helped me book a cheaper bus to cao bang than i was going to. Around 30 minute walk into centre but many places to each closer than that. I would definitely stay again.'

'The property is around 20-25 drive from the centre of sapa with minimal amenities close by. If you are staying as a group or couple and buy supplies before returning then i would reccomend this place. If however you want to enjoy evenings in sapa each day then you would clock up quite a high bill in taxis. The property was clean and in a beautiful location. For the price though it is very good.'

'Upon arrival, I was informed that the dorm I booked for was going under construction so I had to pay a bit more for a single room. Room was dirty and humid. Towels were stained. Everything smelled terrible. Even restaurant in the facility had no available menu beside some instant ramen noodle. Far from everything. Terrible. '
