'The staff was amazing. I had gotten my times wrong for our event and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. '

'Rooms were small but clean and modern. Nice seating pad near the window. Overall look of hotel was nice! Fitness room had three machines that were usable but all had its defaults.. Breakfast was really good, apples and oranges were nice! Eggs and sausage/biscuits and gravy also. Management wasnt very friendly, no spontaneaous greetings on every encounter. Didnt seem very interested or pleased with running the hotel..

'It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence.
I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed.
It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine.
There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.'
'This property is right next to the highway. It’s a very clean, safe place to stay when you grow weary of the long roads between Alabama and Mississippi. I visited 10 years ago. Even though the area has had beautiful and proper growth, this place is still my choice for a safe haven from road weary traveling. Worth every dollar spent.'
'Voor een tussenstop kwamen we uit in Florence en besloten daar een nacht te overbruggen. Zowel het hotel als Florence bleken een goede keuze te zijn. Zoals vele hotels in de US is de inrichting min of meer standaard en is het belangrijk dat alles schoon is. dat was het geval.
