My stay at Sable at Navy Pier by Hilton was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I checked in, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I stayed in a corner lakefront room that was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. But the real highlight? The breathtaking views of Chicago’s skyline and Lake Michigan — truly unforgettable. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

'We were in and out of the city for a concert at Chicago Theater. No frills stay but a comfy bed. Wish the lights were brighter in the room. Bar downstairs was great and the area was walkable. Would stay again. Thanks!'

Only bas experience we had was when we got lock out of our room because the door guard somehow was put up, seem a little suspicious.

'The Palmer House has many wonderful qualities to it. It’s a perfect location for those looking to explore Chicago. It’s right next to an elevated train stop and a close walk to many places. It’s a beautiful old historic hotel, incredible lobby, and for the most parts the rooms are well appointed. My room 16-179, was relatively clean… lot of smudges on the two mirrors…, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities worked well. Perfect for a solo trip. It would not be a good room for two people...

'Location is very good, near subway, a big supermarket and restaurants. Room was all we asked for. Cleaning of the room could’ve been done more frequent- it was done once in the 5 nights we stayed. They came for the 2nd time on the day we were checking out. '

Kamen schoonmaken zou op verzoek. Op ons verzoek is de kamen een keer (slecht) schoongemaakt, echter zonder verschoning van beddengoed. Handdoeken en dekbedden met gaten. Schimmel in douche, laag stof langs de plinten. TV scherm stond niet recht op de poot. Oude beschadigde meubels. Knop van de douche zat los. Het gratis...
