'Clean and tidy hotel, very helpfull staff at reveptions and bellboys. Pierre at the reception desk was very accommodating. Hotelroom has bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, body cream and hand wash as well as a hair dryer, coffeemachine and fridge. All very convenient. Aircon worked well. 6 minute walk to thr basilique and to the 747 busstop (to the airport). All in all, wouls recommend.'

'Fabulous offering for this price level. Large suite-like rooms with full kitchenette and large bed and bathrooms. Lovely pool with outside terrace, great for hot summer days; large and useful laundry room too. Location can't be beaten, 5-10 minutes walk from Gare Central (train and metro). The one big minus, costing them a full star in the rating, is the breakfast. Included in the rate is no excuse for them of delivering a continental-minus level. Continental would be fine, with eg croissants...

'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A special thank-you to Kristi – she was absolutely amazing! Always smiling, highly professional, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. She truly made a difference during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Montréal....

'De kamer was goed, locatie ook. Alleen pas echt laat inchecken en onze koffer hebben paar uur achter balie gestaan. Geen aparte ruimte. Ook een nadeel was de lift. Veel te weinig voor het aantal mensen. Moesten echt lang wachten. '

'Ruime kamer met heerlijke bedden en prima douche, Helaas hadden we een ritme waardoor housekeeping niet bij ons kwam voor het eind van de eerste middag en de tweede dag helemaal niet. De handdoek die we tekort hadden kwam dus helaas te laat. Iedereen was wel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk vooral de heren bij het ontbijt. De locatie was redelijk, dicht bij ov en loopafstand van het centrum, maar helaas veel ongure figuren op het plein.'

'when we arrived they could not find our reservation - that was unfortunate as we travelled for more than 8 hrs and it took half an hour before they offered us a room anyway . We were offered a cookie and water bottles as well . at breakfast it was very crowded and half of buffet was empty ( croissants / ...) you contantly had to ask for it and often it was not available anymore '

'Unfortunately, when I arrived in my room, it was not clean. What made the situation considerably worse was the response from the front desk. Instead of apologizing, offering me a clean room, or immediately sending someone to verify and correct the problem, they chose to contradict me about the condition of the room. Eventually, someone was sent to clean it, but this should never have required an argument in the first place. The so-called continental breakfast was equally disappointing. Burnt...
