'We enjoyed staying at the Marquis immensely! The resort is beautiful! Food was excellent! All staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Pool side service was awesome!
We interacted with many staff members however exceptional were Fidel, Johnny, Samantha, Alejandra, Evan, Matias. Kenia from the Concierge went the extra mile because on her days off she drove to the nearest city to purchase 4 bottles of vanilla for me!
Although I cannot remember all of their names; every staff member helped...

'Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Having access to the beach and being able to take towels, beach chairs and sun umbrellas made the whole experience top notch.
Even with restoration happening it was hardly noticeable. Glad the place is being kept up.
So much staff to cater to anything we may have needed, with service being of high value.
It being a secure property we felt safe and comfortable.
The rooms were simply lovely, with everything we needed so we could relax and have a perfect...

'Friendliest staff you could ask for and the food is great. Love the one bedroom and living room setup which gives some privacy. All the activities and games definitely make the time go by quickly and the drinks are excellent. Mauricio who welcomed us and set us up with Resort credits and presentation was a huge help and support with things Resort and non-resort related.'

'I actually hesitated posting it because I almost want to keep this gem a secret :)
Checkin was smooth. We arrived at about 3 pm and were able to get into our room right away.
The booking site said every room has a balcony. We were put on the ground floor (obviously no balcony lol) I booked garden view by accident 😂. The room was a bit tired but lovely. Due to some unusual circumstances we were moved to a room with a balcony. It is worth the upgrade if you are pondering.
