I asked for Fan, sorry no fan. Asked again for different room or to look at AC, they said AC was working fine. No way was it 65 mor like 77. The room we stayed in was a Cubicle. No windows but a sliver at top of room. This room is the same price as all the other rooms. I complained, no change in price. There...

'We loved our stay here. The hotel was really cute with spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful. There was a shuttle that ran from hotel to town every hour. We would stay again. Only small complaint was there could be more lighter in the room, but nothing to change my rating. They even had a steamer in the room and great products, soap and cream.'

'A room with a waterfront view is nice. Waited more than 30 minutes to just get acknowledged at the dinner restaurant by the water, then after waiting another 15 minutes of being ignored...we left. Decor is tired. There are better choices to stay in Newport. It's an expensive hotel, and should at the very least have better service.'
