'Beautiful historic hotel with easy access to historic Charleston! Very attentive, friendly staff - from check-in, to room staff and breakfast staff (complimentary breakfast each day is a huge plus! And complimentary wine and cheese early afternoon with milk and cookies too. Staff assisted with plans for each day- places to visit and great restaurant ideas- superb! Rooms are very comfortable, look recently refreshed. There is a vacant lot across the street so the view there is not great but you...

'The Andrew Pinckney Inn was fantastic! We arrived 3 hours before check-in but our room was ready. We stayed in the Cottesworth Suite and it was beautiful. The rooms were clean, bed super comfy and the wine and cheese every afternoon was a nice touch. The inn is in a great location and we didn't even need to rent a car. Can't wait to return!'

'Emeline is a very nice hotel, conveniently located to Charleston City Market, shopping, and restaurants. I liked everything about this hotel; however, our room on the first floor was very dark, with little lighting. We were located near the courtyard, and if we opened the curtains there were people sitting at the table right outside our window, so it was a little disconcerting that they could just peer directly into our room. Other than this, the hotel was nice. I would stay here again, just not...

'We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too. My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard...
