'We liked the lake, water park and paddle boats for the kids. Beachwoods exclusive parking for beach access is nice. Need to get the big slide operational or replace with something else. Also the game room wasn't open which was disappointing for our kids. We stayed in one of the older models and it could really be felt in the floors and seen on the exterior. Overall it was a good experience with a few inconveniences.'

'The property was a mess. Housekeeping did not prepare the property for our arrival. With Covid they should have cleaned this property and prepared it for our arrival. I even found dirty dishes in the cabinet. '

'We loved the private pool and ample number of bathrooms. We also liked the updated and contemporary decor and close proximity to shopping. The rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed watching the golfers as we had coffee on the deck. We disliked the location of garbage cans storage close to the entryway which allows flies to enter the premises every single time the doors are opened.'

'Very clean. Well equipped. Some dated stuff. Useless, warped dust pan, cracked ceramic floors with grout crumbled and gritting the floors. AC worked well, quiet, but did nit vent into one of the bedrooms. I thought there were no pets, but saw several dogs. Parking was adequate. Beds and sofas very comfortable. No good view balcony. from I could live there all summer.'
