'The hotel has a wonderful location next to the Fisherman Bastion. The check-in staff was nice and also the conciërge.
The door host lady for the rooftop bar on the other hand was unfriendly, quite sure she was discriminating us. She mentioned there was no table available . When we checked with the conciërge, he said there should be tables available. As soon as she allowed us to enter, half of the tables were empty an there were no other guests arriving after us!!'

'Prachtig hotel buiten het drukke centrum. Fijne kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt. Ons verblijf van drie dagen werd overschaduwd door het ontbreken van onze bagage, we hadden daarbij iets meer service van het hotel zeer op prijs gesteld.'

'This hotel was beautiful The rooms and dinning area were stunning. The staff were excellent so helpful and always with a smile so rare these days. The breakfast was fine dinning. They have gluten free and dairy free options as well. The spa and sauna were welcome after a busy day of walking. I would return to this hotel and stay a week just to relax. Highly recommended especially for Australian travellers for its Budapest style and service'
