'We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub...

'My room was a good size but unfortunately it smelled of stale smoke, probably a heavy smoker as a previous guest. The internet connection in my room was non existent. Decent WiFi is as basic an amenity as soap these days yet many hotels don’t understand or ensure it. I was charged a daily rate for amenities (not explained on my booking nor at check-in) and as the reception area was really busy at check out, I didn’t question what it covered. 'We paid an extra $80 to get a room closer to the lazy river and pool area. The hotel is big enough where we thought it was worth it. The food was expensive, but some of it was really good. Do NOT get the cucumber sandwich at the pool.'
