'Poor maintenance (everything seems to fall apart, dirty pool downstairs, dangerous pool upstairs with a lot of stairs and slippery), weak internet and simple poor furniture and kitchen.'

'Newer building in great location. Short walk to mall where many dinning and grocery options are available. The rooms are quiet. Our two bedroom unit had a washing machine and full kitchen. While the security procedures can be bothersome, you will feel very safe. I greatly appreciate them allowing us to store our luggage here while on our week long safari (our luggage was limited due to the small aircraft)'

'We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and overall we had a really pleasant experience. The suite was spacious, with a separate kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The beds were very comfortable with good quality mattresses – we all slept really well. The room was clean, although a few things were broken, like a cracked stove top in the kitchen. 'We stayed for 15 nights in the marina. Very kind and helpful personal at reception with some minor hick ups we ran into ( the bed broke and was fixed the same day while we were out and I stupidly locked myself out on the last day) Housekeeping did a very thorough job! The view of the apartment is amazing on both sides: on the balcony the marina with the sun out till 16h, this early in the season and in the front the sea with the beautiful sunset and moon views. The apartment we stayed in needed...

'A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. '

'mooie lokatie, nieuw en derhalve goed verzorgd. ruime kamer, maar safe werkte niet en ondanks 2x beloven, werd er niets aan gedaan. ontbijt had geen cappuccino (moest je weer voor bijbetalen, beetje knullig)'
