'The outrigger is centrally located to all the desirable sites on the island. Saves greatly on travel time.
On site dining and very close to a variety of off site dining options.
The resort is quiet, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
I should be noted that one of the building is undergoing a full remodel so there was some construction noise on occasion.(Late July 2025)
The beach is directly connected to the resort and there is easy access and fantastic...

'Wonderful stay and decent size room. We could easily fit our pack n play and still had room. Great pool options and love being able to walk along the beach. Nice restaurant and found a plaza with food and shops within walking distance. Appreciated the water refill stations and the lobby staff was amazing at check in. Would stay again. Only thing is there are no elevators to get to the second floor just fyi. '

'Loved this property. Our villas were clean, well maintained and staff was friendly. The linens and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with enough kitchen ware you could prepare meals. The store on site has a variety of basic staples and they made the best lattes with oak milk.
My grandchildren loved the pools and the slides….i can see why Kōloa Landing has won awards for its pools.
