'The hotel was nice but they tacked on a $10 per day parking fee. I have never paid that before.'

'I booked based on it being new, the rooms were clean and nice but the amenities as far as pool furniture and outdoor seating smelled and was disgusting. The front desk staff always seemed stressed out and very confused and slow. Willing to help they just weren't confident or trained in a lot. Bartenders very very untrained. Breakfast was great and the Starbucks was life saving! Especially since due to bad weather outdoors bars and food bars were closed. Its definitely a family friendly place but...
