Not replacing towels is fine, but some days the beds were made and trash emptied and some days not. We ended up with overflowing trash cans & quite a mess. 'Hot water for dayz! Water pressure was fantastic in shower. Shower head was actually above my head we are 6ft tall family. Kitchen has full size fridge and freezer. Did not use the oven, stove worked great. Only complaint was the loud neighbors at night. But you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls so nothing really can be done about that. Office was open and staffed daily. We'd were able to get extra towels and toilet paper when needed. Walking distance to anything you need. Fantastic...
