'Lovely, immaculate 1queen bed, 1bath with large shower in main floor condo. Very Close to downtown-just 2 blocks to most restaurants, boardwalk, & shopping. Keurig with good coffee & hot water pot for tea. Basic supplies provided, soap, shampoo, tp, paper towels , dishwasher soap, salt& pepper. hair dryer. 'This is a great property with plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay next to Lake Michigan. You're just a short walk and some stairs away from Lake Michigan (and fantastic sunset views), and the property itself is nestled between Holland to the south and Grand Haven to the north. The only downside was the tv was in the upper bedroom area and we enjoyed playing games around the table but wanted to watch the basketball games as well! We’d also recommend putting a pathway to walk down to the house the grass was so mushy we were terrified of ruining your grass! Otherwise we plan to stay again during the warmer...

'If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that.'

'My family and I enjoyed this home located directly across from the Grand Haven state park. The location was perfect to listen to the waves at night and watch the sunset.'

'We rented the house to accommodate family and friends gathering for a memorial service. The bedrooms were spacious, and the entire house was clean and well-equipped with everything from blankets to beach towels. There were ample spaces to be together or septate. The expansive deck boasted an unbeatable view, and we were even visited by a pair of bald eagles on two separate days. It was perfect.'

'The lake and beach were so beautiful! The house was great to except for the electrical problems that caused the breaker to trip. We couldn’t have two appliances on at the same time in the kitchen or a breaker would trip and that caused the TV and internet to go out! We moved things around and made it work. The refrigerator was the biggest problem. It is old and was not adequate for a 14 person stay . Water leaked on everything and there was a puddle in the bottom of the fridge everyday I would...

'The cottage was very cozy. Really appreciated the # of beds. It was nice having 2.5 bathrooms as well. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer were very modern. Internet speed could be faster given entertainment requires streaming but aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.'

'My family visited for a long weekend due to my daughter’s dance competition in Fruitport. The home was clean, appeared as advertised, and had everything we needed (plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc). Communication from the hosts was excellent - clear, friendly, and timely. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and making s’mores on the fire pit by the lake. We’d definitely visit again!'

'We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. '
