'The guest house was cozy and well appointed, as expected. It's located in a densely wooded neighborhood with direct access to the state/national forest, and is conveniently located toward the edge of Pinetop, which is just 20 to 30 minutes away from the most beautiful scenery in that area (towards the ski resort). Robin was a delightful (and funny) host and gave me great recommendations. whenever I head back up to Pinetop, I will stay here again!'

'What a pleasant stay. Every thing you might want there is ready to go. From shower needs to coffee and other amenities, ots there and ready. The pool is perfect and the views pretty amazing. Easy access to all areas and the host book makes it easy to decide where to go and what to do and where to eat. Communication was excellent and we plan on another stay soon. For a couple, this is really nice!'
