'We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was tasty and more than enough to start the day. The hotel’s restaurant was also consistently good, making dining convenient. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the resort fee included 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Though, the resort fee is almost same as renting the chairs on the spot. The location on Ocean Drive is excellent—perfect for enjoying the oceanfront atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.'

'Friendly man or girl at the desk. Entrance via an Italian restaurant not belonging to the hotel. Busy terrace and you have to carry your suitcases yourself about 4 steps up through the tables and waiters. No help offered. Noisy street but quiet room. In my opinion everthing was paid in advance but still unexpectedly to pay $ 30 extra charges. For one night was paid € 395 plus $ 30 which is a bit to much but Miami is known for high prices for everything.'

'The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. '

'It was a beautiful stay from start to finish. The staff was absolutely wonderful, so attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm in every interaction. I was especially impressed by the design throughout, from the room to the corridors, and how seamlessly it all connects to the restaurant. 'Het personeel is vriendelijk en het hotel is schoon. De kussens van zijn helaas erg zacht. De vloer in de hotelkamer was beschadigd en de koelkast in de kamer maakt een hoop lawaai. Het rooftop zwembad is super. Ook de locatie van het hotel is top. '

'What I wanted is what I got. It was as expected, no frills. Sufficient room that met my expectations. Well situated near stores, restaurants, and the beach. Comfortable stay with the exception of periodic lack of hot water in the kitchen sink. Also it's directly in the view of neighbors so blinds had to be closed. There is an issue with reimbursement of deposit so that is being worked out. '

'The hotel is very well located in South Beach. It's what i would call a boutique hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious but..... They are little outdated. If they could just upgrade a bit it would be fabulous. They have an pool on the upper deck. But when you order a wine they only will serve your bottle in plastic cups. So that didnt make it attracting to order a 120usd bottle of wine. The restaurant was nice and food was good. The staff was very friendly and service minded. So no complaints...

'Fabulous building and the room we had was spectacular. I think the hotel side of the building is slightly neglected and could definitively do with some TLC. The “roof terrace” is a space that should be repaired and utilised as there really isn’t anywhere to sit in the sun. Pool is available to use if you don’t mind 50+ diners and staff looking at you. The staff there are perfect….. especially Talia on the front desk who was so lovely and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️'
