'Nice property on Cumberland River. Ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom didn’t work. No hair dryers available. Kitchen drawers were unorganized (several junk drawers with unnecessary items) and no organization to pots and pans and bakeware…items were literally just kind of thrown into cabinets. Outside area going down to the dock could use some bush trimming. Some of the stairs leading off the upstairs porch are getting loose and need repair for safety. '

'It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

'This was my first stay here. Property looks pretty new and well maintained. I was greeted upon entry by staff and a very refreshing aroma of cleanliness. It was only a one night stay. I will add this location to my checklist. Thank you for having me!!'

'Easy to park on the street by the bldg. Surprisingly quiet even next to a large road. Friendly cleaning staff always working when we went in and out. The rooms, esp. the bathrms, need more hooks/bars. Our room had a thick rug that was both a tripping hazard AND slid dangerously under our feet. Kitchenette well-appointed. The only area noticeably unclean was the balcony (furniture dirty, food scraps on floor).'

'The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price. '
