'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles werkend en aanwezig op de kamer. Ontbijt prima ,schoon. Voorzieningen in de buurt aanwezig. Aanrader!'

'Staff'

'The location was convenient to so much of what makes the Berkshires special. We were minutes from Tanglewood, under an hour to Bash Bish Falls & MASS MOCA amongst other places to visit. The staff was efficient and very friendly. Our ice maker wasn't working & maintenance came within minutes to replace it. The units were spacious and clean but dated with some worn out features. Some of the soft goods could use replacing (pillows), upholstery on couches was torn in places and paint was peeling on...

'Mooie kamer met buitenzitje. Ontbijt op de kamer. Auto dichtbij. Rustige omgeving.'

'All dirty. The bed sheet even was with blood spots.'

'The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still...

'I usually stay here and yes staff are nice and rooms are decent but I’ve seen a decline in amenities. Maybe the expense of things - bathrobe in room, water and snacks were what I was used to seeing .in the room.'
