'A well kept place. Everything was as specified in the listing. Hosts did a great job communicating. There is not much within walking distance of the apartment, but as a place to just come back and crash after a day in the city, it was very comfortable.'

'Had a great time in Chicago and had a great host. Condo is clean and beautiful with ample space to spread out. There was a black party in progress the night we checked in, so that was a bit of a surprise, but not a big deal. Had two minor issues while we stayed, but Roxy was great with replying and fixing the issues. Location is about a half mile from the Central green line station, so it is super easy to get into the city. Overall great time and we will stay again next time we visit! '

'Everything about the place was awesome! Jay was communicative and up front about everything. We were a little further from downtown than we wanted but the value was definitely there - and you can't control the traffic. The floors were fairly squeaky, but the white noise machine made it so our infant wasn't disturbed by it at all. Only piece missing was black out/room darkening curtains in the second bedroom - sun rose on that side of the property and reflected really(!) strongly off the closet...

'Our stay was great! The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to send us an item we left behind after checkout! Communication was excellent and very quick if we had a question. We loved having the garage access so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Overall, we would definitely recommend this rental and would rent again in the future. '
