'The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.'

'Good place for the price, very close to downtown Oak Park, which is hard to find. No issues getting in, bed was comfortable, parking is the typical trickiness of Oak Park, registering with the city but easy to do and well explained by the host. Communication from the host was great. The place definitely needs some TLC and basic maintenance. Chipping paint is coming off the tiles in the bathroom, a cat has gone at the edges of the couch, the wallpaper in the photo is falling down, etc. But nothing...

'“Home away from home” is exactly how I would describe the place we rented for the past four days. It was a wonderful rental property—cozy, comfortable, and spotless! The home is beautiful, very well maintained, and has everything you need to feel right at home. The owner was very approachable, kind, and responsive. Communication was excellent, and whenever we had questions or needed anything, the owner was quick to respond and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this...

'We had a very good stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. The price was excellent for the location, and it was only about a 15–20 minute walk to the train, making it easy to get into the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had several great restaurants nearby. The unit is in an older apartment building, but it’s clear the hosts are putting effort into updating it, and we appreciated the improvements they’ve already made. The host was also very responsive and easy to...

'Ali was great to communicate with. The lower level apartment is spacious and well appointed and was a good value for the price.'

'This was the perfect place for visiting the Oak Park/Chicago area. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. Right in the heart of the Frank Lloyd Wright historical district. Beautiful tree-lined neighborhood. The accommodations were great — comfortable, clean, well-equipped. We were very happy with our stay.'

'What a wonderful place to stay in Chicago! We loved the well appointed kitchen and comfortable living room. Ease of use of transit and wonderful walking neighborhood made our stay so nice. We will return to stay again anytime we're in Chicago!'

'great place'

'Very clean. '

'Nice apartment. Great location, walk to both train lines into Chicago.'

'We enjoyed a lovely long weekend in Oak Park. The house felt very much like a home. Beautiful space on a lovely street. My son enjoyed playing the Baby Grand Piano, which the owners thoughtfully tuned in advance of our arrival. We have been to two of the owners' apartments on this street - both were lovely!'

'Great location with parking included'

'The host was very communicative and made the check in/out process very easy. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.'

'This was just what we were looking for. A comfortable place to stay with the L stop just a block away and some nice bars and cafes right in the neighborhood. I was wondering how comfortable the loft beds would be after seeing the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised. Some older people or folks with limited mobility might have some difficulty with the steps, but I'm 67 and it wasn't a problem. All in all, a great place to stay.'

'Wanted a house in oak park and this was such a pleasant, comfortable and convenient place. Really comfortable beds too. Even a lovely piano. '

'My family and I loved the home. We got to experience Chicago as if we were one of the neighbors. It was great. There was also a pickleball court across the street from the home. The home was spacious, safe, and the neighbors were welcoming. We love the experience. Communication between host was perfect. We would highly recommend this home to any family or group who needs a good safe home, a good experience, and pickleball across the street. Thank you much for a great time.'

'This two-bedroom, two-bath is clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants and coffee shops in a lovely and safe neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and airports. Less traffic than downtown.'
