'Very pleasant stay and very accommodating host. Property looked just like in the pictures. Quiet property and friedly neighborhood. Street parking but there was always a spot right by the house. Our dog was with us and enjoyed his stay too! Our host was very responsive to our questions. Check in was easy! We'll definitely consider staying here again when back in Philly!'

'This is a lovely place and the host is great. There are a lot of narrow stairs and no bathroom upstairs, which was a bit tough at night. We were there with an 86 year old so it was necessary to give him the downstairs bedroom. If I was only using the bottom floor it would have been perfect. The home is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There was a keurig with cups set out nicely but no actual coffee so bring your own. 'We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...
