'The property was clean and comfortable. It’s an older home but very well maintained. You are in closer quarters but the living space was comfortable for 5 adults. We had a 1 year old with us and it’s very safe in the sense you don’t have to worry about stairs - maybe just some home doctor in arms reach that we needed to move. '

The leg on one of the beds appeared to be broken or close to breaking, so we utilized the other room. There were many lights out in the kitchen and no light for the living room. 'We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars...

'This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

'This place was adorable, comfortable and convenient! We were all very happy and cozy. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed for a weekend trip. Next time, we’ll plan ahead and make sure we unload our stuff during the day from the alley then go find a parking spot. We struggled to figure that out in the dark and with the snow covering so much space too. We will definitely book again on our next trip up there!'

'The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...
