'Mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt is in het weekend wel een beetje druk'

'Location is excellent, very clean, the grocery store across the street and metro station were very convenient. It was great for our family of 8 for 1 week. There is a sulfur like smell in the laundry room/bathroom at times. Cleaning supplies for bathrooms and kitchen are not provided so we had to buy some.'

'The room was smaller than expected, it was basically just a bed and a balcony but it had a great view. There was AC, laundry, and 2 washrooms that were shared which was nice. It did get a bit loud at night and my room was right by the front door so it was also loud whenever people went in and out. So overall not the bestest experience compared to an actual hotel, but still not the worst. The location was okay too, central to everything but the abandoned building next door had some awful writing...

'We had a fantastic 2 night stay in the heart of Madrid. A 2-minute walk to Gran Via and walking distance to many main plazas. The hotel room was clean and accommodated 3 adults comfortably. Only suggestion would be to add more lighting in bathroom over the sink. Staff was helpful in arranging taxi for drive to airport. Thanks for a great stay!!'

'Centrally located, just steps off Puerta del Sol, yet completely silent, dark and cool (great a/c) which made for perfect sleeping. Not really a cozy place to hang out though (no natural light) and the check-in process was a little frustrating. Turned out just fine but got multiple emails asking for passport numbers even though we had already provided them and had a little trouble figuring out how to use the app to access the street-level door for the first time.'

'Vriendelijk Engelssprekend personeel, check-in en check-out ging snel. Zwembad was fijn, was zelfs zwembad personeel met uit te delen handdoeken.'
