'Mostly stayed in the room. Had a wonderful stay will stay again'

'The staff was great. They assisted me with my concerns. They reimburse me, but the sheets were not clean. I asked housekeeping to clean them to change them. They didn’t. They had a shooting there two doors down for me. The police were there a little too frequent for me and the final fall was no hot water for three days but but the staff was great especially Lucky'

'The staff is great is just the furniture is way out of date and the non smoking rooms the linens were burnt other than that is ok '

'New hotel that was more like a small apartment small kitchen space with everything you need to cook, washer and dryer in the bathroom layout was perfect. Well lit and very comfortable. Staff were fabulous. There’s also a market with a bunch of food and it’s not just snacks. It actually has things like eggs and bacon you can buy. There are restaurants within walking distance. And a movie cinema about four minutes away. It was truly an amazing place to stay. It was so comfortable and I felt that...

'Room was clean but did not have a trash can other then bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable, shower pressure not great. Hot tub in the pool room was broken. 2 different days we went to pool and there were no towels. For the hotel we honestly expected more. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. '
