'The staff is just awful canceled my room without even calling me to ask me if I still want it thinking I had booked it for Saturday, Sunday and Monday and not Friday.'

Had to sleep in different rooms, as well as the property itself was very poorly maintained with all the amenities lacking or not in good condition.'
