'Embassy Suites is always clean with a nice staff and nice breakfast. They allow early check in and late check out whenever they are able to, which helps A LOT! We always prefer the Embassy Suites in Portland '

'We stayed at this hotel overnight for an early bus to Boston. The hotel is updated and does have coffee 24hrs. The only thing neg was the did not have hair conditioner and the room was abit warm. We would stay here again.'

'This is an outstanding property and a great location on the Portland waterfront. Large rooms and bathrooms, very clean and well appointed - and a very comfortable bed. Our check-in was one of the best experiences we've ever had and check out as well - and that is all due to Abby - who is a shining example of what excellent hotel service should be. We feel the AC Hotel is a great value and are planning to return to Portland for a longer stay later this year.'

'The rooms are well designed with great natural light, a large shower, and interesting decor. While the reception is a tad awkward by being on the fourth floor, the convenient parking at the building makes up for it. '

'The room was pretty nice but I chose this place because it has it listed that there is a pool and images among the hotels profile show an indoor pool the description just says pool it doesnt specify indoor or outdoor but there was pictures of both. Also the image of the bathroom for the room I selected was different it wasnt that big of a deal but i chose a more expensive room thinking I would be getting a nicer bathroom. Also the ice machine was broken. Another unfortunate inconvenience. And...
