'We were charged an amenities fee. Weren't told what the amenities were, however, we were told that we could use the $25 for drinks or food at the restaurant. Before breakfast, I checked with the front desk to see if we needed to have any paperwork or anything to get the fee applied. We were told, it would be credited to breakfast. We had a not great breakfast there and when we got home were told that the $25 fee never gets taken away. We were misled. If the fee is never accredited, they need...

'Room was what you paid for. It is supposed to be a dog friendly hotel but got reprimanded for throwing out bagged dog waste in the trash. Also got a call late at night saying my dog was barking but on the camera he barked twice (hello… it’s a dog). The rooms were pretty stuffy and the air conditioner didn’t help much.'
