'Price was unbeatable, bed was comfy and clean, shower hot and clean. Yes, the place is under renovation and the breakfast lacking, but staff was kind and again, price was unbeatable. Basic accommodations, not swanky at all. If you are looking for a comfortable place to hang out and socialize, not the place I would choose. If you are needing a stay for the night, like I was, it does the trick.'

'Great old world style property with good food. We have stayed there several times with very favorable results. The room however on this trip was too small to comfortably hold two adults. Very little room between the beds and the walls and not much room to get dressed or store luggage. Just make sure you request a larger room.'

'The staff was extremely helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to open the sofa bed. The front desk person tried; she got the manager; and then they called a woman who’s worked at the hotel the longest and she knew the trick to opening it. This was all at 10pm. The breakfast had the best home fries!'

'Great night’s rest! Layout of suite was great- allowing all 3 kids to be in a bedroom , in beds(not sofa) for themselves. Very clean and modern. Great water pressure in shower ( with rain shower head). Definitely recommend!'

'Housekeeping was not great. I had to ask if our room would be cleaned as it was past 6pm and was not cleaned. I found out they only clean every three days. This was Sunday. Room serviced Monday but not cleaned until Friday when I asked. There was sticky stuff on the floors and beds were never made. The free breakfast was not very good although the omelet station was good. The location is great for first timers visiting Maine.'

'Light airy and up to date, short stroll from the jet port, very convenient! Rooms have microwaves, keurigs, nice amenities for the traveler. Had the dinner salad with grilled salmon, perfect for an easy “room and tv” evening before catching my flight. The staff were great, very helpful.'
