'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Overall we had a nice stay. Adults with tweens and teens. The staff was friendly. The rooms were decent nice property. I would say they need more pool space because when they’re at full capacity, the seating became a challenge. We did the bike tour that was fun. My friends enjoyed the spa. I wasn’t crazy about the food, but it was OK. I still had a relaxing time.'

'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so...
