'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. "Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. "
