'Unfortunately, no hot water on the side I stayed on before with the view of the pool'

'José very good guy'

'Super nice and helpful staff . Very clean room and sheets . They gave us free food to feed the boy fish multiple times because the kids loved it so much . The pool and hot tub was nice. Good vibes . My kids enjoyed. Also loved that there was a coffee shop on the way to the parking lot. Easy parking.'

'This was the cheapest room available and that was noticeable… The first room had an incredible dirty bathroom, after discussing this with the front desk, we we’re offered a new room. This was the handicapped room. Unfortunately this bathroom wasnt much cleaner. Later the evening we found out that one of the showers didnt work… On the positive side; we had an early flight, before breakfast started, but we we’re offered some fruit and coffee by the kind lady working the early monring front desk...

'The view from my room'

'We hadden voor de executive lounge bijbetaald maar die was gewoon niet open'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'

'Great place to stay if you want a downtown hotel / experience ! Highly recommend it!'
