'We truly enjoyed everything about the property. The only thing that I was not made aware of was that I needed to pick up the breakfast ticket from the from desk before going to have breakfast. I was asked for this ticket while having breakfast and was completely unaware of it. That should be explained when checking in.'

'Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. 'Lumpy uncomfortable mattress. No hair dryer, hallway smelled like a dog pound, noisy dog all night down the hall, outside security door was unlocked, TV remote was missing battery cover and batteries kept falling out, there was a plastic glove on the floor of the room when I walked in (not sure what that was about), room phone was stained- maybe coffee- I wasn't going to use it, but it looked awful, no kleenex provided.'

'Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.'
