'Room does not have light while we enter. Only night light works. Only coffee cups are available but no sugar. Bathrooms have cracks and not properly cleaned.'

'We loved how unique this property was compared to others we’ve stayed at- the modern industrial style still felt very cozy and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Everything was clean. The room was spacious(we had a standard king). We booked this last minute due to a problem with the hotel we had already booked. So happy we found this gem and would definitely stay at The Loom again. The only negative was the parking. It filled up very quickly due to being totally booked.'

'The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the shuttle and staff were great when I arrived at 11:30 pm, and the place was immaculate. If I had to say one thing, it would be that the a/c was a bit loud, but other than that I had a pleasant stay and would do so again'
