'The room had a tub that was disgusting. Instead of resolving the staff commented the housekeeping was gone for the day and it was probably the "pipes". Service - we were 9 minutes early for dinner on the Castle and they refused to seat us so we stood there until 6:30. There were plenty of empty tables! Our server was gone most of the meal and I had to get another server to find her. Front desk personnel were dismissive and rude. Not a good overall experience and I would no lat recommend this...

'Upon arrival our room was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. It was a three night stay and the housecleaning department never showed up. We made our own bed. Overheard the staff talking that there is a shortage of housekeepers. Guests should be informed of this fact as we were not. The side exterior door handle was broken as was the cylinder that closes it so it slammed all night long. The door would not lock thus making a security concern. Our final issue is the value for the money, we did...
