'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'I loved this hotel, especially for the cost per night. The breakfast buffet was great with tons of options, like a full-service restaurant. The front desk staff were amazing and the customer service was on point. They have a small laundry room and vending area, and everything is functional. The small gym is a little dated, but it is usable. The parking garage is great, too. I will definitely stay here again when I come to St. Louis!'

'The guy at the reception was polite—that was the only good thing. The elevator was straight out of a horror movie, and the floor was so sticky that your shoes would get stuck to it. The room smelled awful, and the carpet was absolutely filthy. We walked in and walked right back out—we went to another hotel'

'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'The staff could not have been nicer even holding our luggage before and after checkout. The beds were super comfy and the rooms extra spacious with a living room area separate from the sleeping space. And just a short walk to Busch Stadium and the arch!!'

'Very nice King suite, comfortable bed, roomy. Ten minute walk to Busch stadium. Went to two night games and walked there and back no problem. Staff was friendly and professional'

'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Ruime koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. In het hotel verbleven veel gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Daardoor was er veel lawaai in de lobby, in de gang en bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt waren meer problemen, waardoor er maar een zeer beperkt aanbod was. Ik moest zelfs om boter gaan vragen. '
