'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'Staff are generally rushed and impatient, AC did not work in room, there were silverfish bugs in the breakfast buffet bowls, a lot of the hotel smells like mildew. Parking is around the block behind the building and it is not very clear regarding costs or charges, the exit ticket would not work. Overall many issues with staying here not worth the headache. Convenient if you're not traveling with a vehicle or rental.'

'Room was not ready at check-in. The front desk staff did its best but was clearly overwhelmed by the situation. Elevators are extremely small. There was an issue with my door and opening and closing it that was exacerbated by the humidity. It's an older property and it shows but the staff was pleasant and, given the value compared to others hotels in the location, the trade offs in amenities and minor bothers were par for the course. 'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'The pool was broken, and that’s one reason why I chose this hotel.The man at the front desk made us pay for an extra room, when we arrived. Mind you we already had two rooms reserved, and the hotel hasn’t contacted me yet for my refund on the room we didn’t even need. The man at the front desk also was very nervous and I don’t know why.'

'Great location for the aquarium and other St. Louis attractions. The breakfast, staff, and room were great. It's great that you don't have to pay extra to park in the hotel's parking garage.'

'When attempting to use the shower in the morning the lever, without resistance, pulled out of the spigot and would not thread back in. Upon checking out I told the desk clerk they rented a room with a broken shower, explained the problem and was told that she would let the engineering staff know. No “sorry”, no “thank you for letting us know” just “I’ll let the engineering staff know” and “have a nice day”. I left enjoying my time in St. Louis, but never wanting to see that hotel again.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The area felt very safe, and we liked the variety of food options close by. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Would have liked someplace to hang clothes. The complimentary breakfast was limited but good. The pool and hot tub were clean, but not the safest. The steps into the pool have no traction and we're very slippery and the last step into the hot tub is very steep and unexpected. Both are a fall risk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would...
