'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

We got charged 75 dollars more than what I was quoted in my reservation and lady at the front desk was very rude to us when we went to grab a complimentary apple from the snack cart.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We liked the Breakfast/Coffee Shop and it was popular with the crowd. Limited, but equitable, Happy Hour menu at the Bar, includes a Burger and/or Beer/Drink option(s). Gym had high end equipment, the Pool, Sauna/Steam and Hot Tub were all really well maintained and equipped. The Museum was a great experience with some really cool pieces. Add a Billiard and shuffleboard table and Amenities get an A++. The rooms were spacious, water pressure was above average compared to most Hotels, '

'The hotel is very average but ok for the price. The room had a very small bathroom and looked like it had been patched up all over. The shower did not drain. Would stay in a pinch but would probably look for something else'

'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'Only con of our stay was the insane amount of people at the pool both nights With water guns and multiple floating devices. Running, splashing, and playing extremely hard in complete disregard of the little ones with little to no adult supervision. Which mainly sucked because that was the main point of booking a hotel for our staycation was to have our younger ones swim. Outside of that experience loved the hotel!'

'We booked 3 of the exact same rooms at this property for $280/night and when we check-in, they told us one of the room can only accommodate 2 instead of 3 people so we need to make it work among ourselves because there is nothing they can do. After we went up to our rooms, 2 of them had wet carpet and cleaning supplies still in them. We had to wait another 20-30 min for them to finish up everything but our feet got wet from the wet carpet. They just said it will dry eventually. Later at...

'The hotel (Forest Park Hotel) is owned and operated by a very rude young lady. The first room we stayed in (114) has no working air conditioning. They moved us to another room (208) which had bed bugs. The overnight front desk attendant with the hat was always on bs. I recommend saving your money and finding another suitable hotel. '

'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Ruime koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. In het hotel verbleven veel gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Daardoor was er veel lawaai in de lobby, in de gang en bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt waren meer problemen, waardoor er maar een zeer beperkt aanbod was. Ik moest zelfs om boter gaan vragen. '
