'The house was very well laid out, cute decorations, and pretty much had everything we needed. Even the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was wonderful, and general items in the kitchen and around the house (extra linens, toilet paper, etc.) were easy to find. The walk to the lake was easy and short, too, and very pleasant even in the cold (we visited in March). We would gladly stay here again, and we're interested in seeing how it is in warmer weather!'

' A lovely little cabin back in the quiet woods. A good location for accessing the Finger Lakes and parks and Rochester. We love being outdoors, walking trails, picnicking, quiet woods, dark night skies, seeing sights. This was a good place for all of that. The cabin itself was comfortable for the two of us. The road up to the cabin is quite rough and we were glad we had an AWD vehicle, even in the summer. The cabin's water must be from a well because it smells of sulfur and iron. We...

'Highlights: bird-watching/wildlife viewing from the deck and living room! Spacious gathering areas. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds.Lowlights: while the primary bedroom suite was quite spacious, the other bedrooms ranged from small to cramped; this was not apparent in the photos. There is some mold in the basement, not uncommon in lake homes, but it discouraged us from using the ping pong table. The home is older than it appears in photos and needs some maintenance and updating...

'We were so happy with our stay at the cottage. Our favorite part was cozying up by the indoor fireplace after enjoying time on the deck with friends. The location is so quiet and secluded, however not too far away from restaurants and wineries. Danielle is very responsive to messages and makes sure you have all the information you need before your stay! The cottage is well stocked and very homey. Would definitely stay again.'

'We came in mid October to enjoy a peaceful trip to see waterfalls and fall foliage.We started at Niagara Falls only a couple of hours to the VRBO. The location of this Cottage is perfect for visiting several places. We visited Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Port Byron (Erie Canal), and other scenic sites. The cottage was quiet at night. We got up and enjoyed mornings at the cottage. Then spent time touring each day. The last day we went to the Corning Glass Museum. We did some wine...

'We loved our time at Eagle Point! The view was gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and there was ample room for the 5 of us. The loft was the perfect space for our three children: each had their own bed, there were activities to do, and there was a table and comfy chairs where they could sit and do a puzzle. We enjoyed the neighborhood playground that was over the little bridge. Pam and Keith were awesome hosts. Would definitely stay again!'
