'The room was great - clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower! However, I really did NOT like having to pay for parking at $30 a day!!! Also, there were NO freebies of any kind. Very disappointing.'

'The facility itself was dirty, room smelled horrible, sheets were dirty. Asked to get clean sheets and was told I need it to go down and picked them up. When I picked them up they were the wrong size. The area around was not the safest place. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. The elevator was unsafe and it sounded like it was going to break down. Definitely do not recommend and avoid at all cost'

'AC wasn’t working, pool was down due to chemicals, had to go to multiple floors to find ice machine that worked. Small lot across the street for parking, once full have to park at hospital. You could hear every car on the interstate in our room. Room was clean, bathroom, had hair on tub, dirty walls and door. Front desk and Maintenance was very nice. After staying there for 3 nights and the full experience we will not stay here again.'

'I didn’t like how LOUD the room doors shut. I had a sleepless first night. The frontline moved me to a different floor and I was able to catch up on sleep that night. Staff is polite and understanding. Breakfast options and area were nice. No swimming pool! Make sure to pick a room with the river view! Beautiful!'

'We paid big money for a room with a jacuzzi, first problem was the jacuzzi took 1.5 hours to fill to the level needed to use it.....so we couldn't use it at all. The worst possible scenario happened the second night there, our neighboring room informed us that he had bed bugs! We went and inspected our bed immediately, I found a bed bug within 10 seconds of looking. We demanded our money back and still have yet to receive our refund approval. We didn't get into a new room until 4am because all...
