'It Was SHORTEST stay - just opened the room door, and run away.'

'We enjoyed our stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, it was quiet, and it felt safe. Breakfast was basic: we arrived at 8.15 and most of the warm dishes were empty already, just some scrambled eggs were left, but there was yoghurt, bread, pancakes, etc.'

The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. 'This was a horrible hotel!! Nothing was clean the floors in the room were sticky! Stains everywhere on the bed, floor, and ac unit! Also the bathroom tub had mold in it!! Parts of the shower was disconnected! This was unacceptable!! Even the grounds of the hotel was chipping paint and looked like it was not properly maintained!! We will never stay here!! We literally took checked in and less then 30 mins later left and found another hotel as this one was just terrible and we could not stay!!'

'Right off the start, the front staff was inapt! Upon arriving at the room, the bath was not Senior (old folks) friendly! The dam toilet was on the floor. Thankfully, there was a grab bar at the toilet. But if you are aged, it takes some strength to rise from the toilet! The lower you are to the dam floor, the harder it is to rise! The TV was rigged to a minimum volume. After two (2) replacement remotes, the volume could not be adjusted to acceptable level, Coffee cream and facial tissue had not...

'The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The...
