'This is definitely an urban hotel! I had no issues with it, but I grew up in New York City and am used to noise, watching out for things, and general street smarts. My room was on the 10th floor so I didn't hear much street noise when trying to sleep, but coming back to the hotel at night there were all sorts of clubbing people out (even on a Thursday) and music blaring in the streets. My room was really nice and clean and I had no problems with any of it. However, at night there was no one...

'Great hotel'

'We were not able to check in at 4 pm. The staff said it would take up to an hour to clean the room. They told us they would text us when the room was ready and they never did. We had to go back to the front desk and were then told that the room had been ready. After we checked into the room, the bathtub had hair in it and did not appear to have been clean. As for toiletries, the only think in the room was a bar of soap and hand lotion. Disappointing for a Marriot property'

'The location is great. The hotel is beautiful and very quiet. The staff, with the exception of the staff of the restaurant located downstairs, is amazing! Everyone from the team greeting you and opening the doors for you when you arrive to the team checking you in, are so attentive and friendly. Anastasia checked us in and greeted us with 2 glasses of champagne as well as sent us a bottle to our room two days after on my birthday.
