'Check in time was 16:00, I had booked 2 rooms, one was available at 16:30 and then we had to push them to give us the other room at 17:30. The reception staff didn’t seem interested and housekeeping were very disorganised! The rooms were very basic with no water, tea and coffee facilities in there and I had booked superior rooms! They did not feel very superior. The valet staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant bar was good and reasonably priced. '

'This was the perfect spot for me a two friends to experience Nashville. It was within a mile to everything… the decor was so cute and the place was very clean. One thing I didn’t like was the bed in the room it was very firm and uncomfortable but that is just my personal opinion! '
