'Stayed here with my adult daughter overnight on a girls' trip to Waco, and it was perfect! Communication was timely and helpful, and the property was so peaceful. There were beautiful flowers all around, and the antics of the goats we watched from the back windows kept us laughing. Everything was spotless and comfortable. It's close to everything we wanted to do, especially the Homestead Heritage area. I'll definitely add this to my list of places to stay next time I'm in the area!'

'Overall great place to stay and exactly as described. The updates inside are nice and the beds were comfortable. Communication from property manager was great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the surrounding location. Proximity to campus was great but location and outside of building is dated. Not much they can do about it though and again the inside was very nice. Felt safe while staying there with my family though. '
