We noticed some cleanliness issues, including dust around the unit, dirty floors, hair balls in corners, lint left in the dryer vent, trash from a previous stay in the closet, and crumbs in cabinets and drawers. 'This room was very nice and clean. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 1/2 year old son. The room itself had lots of space and was very comfortable and accommodating. You can see part of the ocean from the balcony. The hotel was super nice and there were lots to do right on the resort without having to leave. We highly recommend this room and hotel. 'The location is great. It was a 2 min walk to the beach but that was the only good thing about it. All of the kitchen utensils, plates, and glasses had to be rewashed before using. Some of the utensils had dried food left on them. The furniture is definitely worn and needs replacing. One of the reasons for picking this place was for the pool. Our key did not work the entire time. After multiple attempts of reaching out to the host, the problem was never solved. I will not rent from them again.'
