'I was charged an additional 1000 dollars the day of the check in when I had no other option to book. The extra charge for additional guests when the place says it sleep up to 12 seems excessive. It almost doubled the price of the booking at the last minute. This could be expressed sooner so that people has options to go with another location. 'This apartment is great- located in a fun, active area with lots of food/restaurant choices. There's a good gym on the premises which was really appreciated as my husband and I work out regularly. The unit was clean with a few amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel) and LOTS of coat hangers!! We had a bit of confusion with finding the lockbox for check in, but Chris was a very responsive host and we figured it out. We had beautiful weather so went out on the deck for coffee in the mornings. '
