'My experience with this host was terrible. I reached out multiple times on the day of check-in and did not receive a response until an hour after my check-in time. Because of this lack of communication, we were left waiting with no way to access the property and ultimately had to book a hotel at the last minute. 'We had a wonderful Christmas stay at the house. The house was decorated beautifully and there was every amenity we could ask for. The beds were all super comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We walked to the zoo for the Festival of Lights and overall had a wonderful stay. Kris could not have been more welcoming or responsive. 12/10 experience.'
