'Great little lake house which was just perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting Austin. Although the lake was low, it was still beautiful and relaxing to sit on the front porch and watch the boats go by. The house had everything you would need including a comfortable bed! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Austin.'

'The pictures do not do this place justice. The coziest little tiny house perfect for a couple retreat with your spouse. The bed is so comfortable, the mini fridge is stocked with beverages and there is an assortment of snacks. The sweetest mason jar firefly lights to take home was just icing on the cake. Highly recommend staying here!!!'

'My family stayed here for the weekend of the Mellow Tejas Trail Race at Pace Bend Park. The only thing we didn't have was a boat to take us across the river to the event :) Our Host was great; very responsive and accommodating. The condo was very clean and a much better option than staying in a hotel. The property has well-kept pools, a nice gym, and views of the river and surrounding area. Our 13-year-old daughter wants to come back to stay for her birthday!'

'When I checked in there was a “slight hiccup”; but Tony immediately called and corrected the situation. Great customer service and great location. Unit was nicely designed and the kitchen was equipped well. Extremely clean, bed was very comfortable. Nice view from the lanai and located close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. I’m an older woman who felt very safe while visiting this location. I highly recommend this unit and would rent again in the future.'

'Really enjoyed our stay. Picked it due to the location for the solar eclipse. Met friends at Ink Lakes State Park for it and only had to drive 6.5 miles to get there. Couldn't have worked out any better. The accommodations were perfect. Everything was well stocked and clean. Cindy was great. Upon arriving we were greeted by two red cardinals - had never seen one before. Nice bonus. Secluded location with total peace and quiet. Great place to just sit outside and relax. Highly recommended!'

'We had a great stay in this beautiful second floor apartment. Location was perfect for our trip to see the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. Downtown Florence has cute shops for unique gifts, a nice restaurant, and a fun bar with good food. There is a little market for your groceries, a coffee shop/tap house, and an eclectic antique shop, all walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for the whole family. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of room to spread out. Stairs...

'Had to reach out to manager on the day of our arrival as I had not received check in information. A quick response was provided. Upon arrival, we found the bathroom had not been fully cleaned with soap drips on shower floor and hair in sink. Only 2 stained bath towels and 1 washcloth were provided. Kim was quick to respond and make things right. The bathroom situation was made right the next morning and all was good.'

'Cutest property right in Marble Falls. Literally we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved the side porch. The space in the apartment was perfect for us. We never cooked so can’t speak as how that would work. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! The only even slightly negative was: the rolled up bath Mat designed to prevent slippage in the tub was mildewed and had an odor. It was probably rolled up wet. Otherwise everything was so clean. We hope to stay again !'

'We enjoyed our stay in this spacious property, there was room for everyone. The house was well stocked with items we needed and the children enjoyed swimming in the pool even if it was cold. The best part was watching the Eclipse which was amazing. The Host answered questions we had immediately would definitely stay again.'

'The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably.'
