'Truly enjoyed the views and remoteness of this home. Bedrooms had great comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and felt like bone away from home. The only recommendation we would make is to have better more comfortable seating with better cushions for the indoor and outdoor furniture. We would absolutely consider coming back if the seating was more comfy.'

'Cabin was clean, well stocked with what we needed for a 5 day stay and views of the mountains were perfect. The first time we drove up the driveway was a bit scary as some areas had washout on the sides but we got used to navigating past these areas. '

'Dreamy little cabin. Carefully designed to meet all your needs in a small but very pleasant space. The drive up the road was a little daunting for a city person with a low slung car. Very considerate manager. Enjoyed both front and back porches.'

'Stunning view from this cabin in the clouds. The hosts were extremely responsive to all of our questions and very welcoming. The decor is beautiful. I do need to share that the seating is not comfortable, especially on the deck, for folks like us in our sixties. Maybe bring yourself some cushions.'

'This property was everything we could ask for and more! It was clean and exactly as pictured. The game room was awesome to have with a group of us! The driveway is a little scary if you aren't use to mountains, but ultimately really not that bad compared to other driveways around. I loved everything about our trip and the town! Definitely one to save for your future trips!'

'We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for work but it was a great place to get cleaned up, relax, and recharge each night. It is right in the center of Burnsville. We could walk to the local shops. Good places to eat close by. Short drive (about 30 minutes ) to Asheville. Owners were friendly and pretty quick to respond. Place was very clean. I love the fireplace. I would definitely stay there again and I 100% recommend staying there. '

'This property is over 4,000 feet up on the mountain. There are stunning views. The air is cool and we slept with the windows open. There is a steep incline to reach the property and walking up is not for the faint of heart. The property has many antiques, so don't expect modern furnishings, especially in the basement.'

'We wanted a cabin in the mountains. Check. We hoped for a nice fireplace and enough rooms. Check. We didn't expect the stunning inside, the incredible quiet ... and, most especially, how our host went way above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. (One warning: the climb is pretty steep and you should take the last turn at speed in order to make it.). My kids absolutely loved our time here. Bring your fire building skills!'
