'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us...

'Overall was good, except the stuffs in sales tour were very aggressive and pushed me so hard to get the subscription of their product. That was such a terrible experience.'

'Fantastic resort! Food was excellent for an all inclusive. Felt very Safe. Would recommend.'

'The amenities are old, yet very clean. The free breakfast was delicious and authentic. The only thing lacking was the exercise room. All of the machines were broken or in major disrepair. They should be removed.'

'Gewoon een heerlijk hotel. Ze moeten nu echt wel het zwembad voor volwassenen repareren. Alle kleine vloertegels liggen los. Dit kan echt niet bij een 5 sterren hotel.'

'Room was clean, well equipped and easy access with elevator. Staff were amazing and cared for our safety, not that it was needed. Surrounding areas were iffy, but so much to do at the resort to be entertaining and the pools were amazing. Spa was great too.'
