'It was a beautiful resort. They clean the sargassum often, very attentive, the pool was clean, and the drinks weren’t watered down. I HIGHLY recommend the restaurant on site, Hakka, as their food was delicious. I loved our stay!'

'The resort itself is beautiful and the overall facility is nice, but there were definitely some downsides future guests should know about. The biggest issue was the water. The shower and sink water had a very strong sewer smell throughout my stay, which was really unpleasant. Another thing to be aware of is that there is basically no air conditioning in the common areas — elevators, lobby, buffet, hallways, etc. The only place that consistently had AC was the room, so be prepared for the heat...
