'Everything about this resort was incredible from the food to the amenities to the view. The only headache was the check-in process took a very long time.'

'Beach and exterior pools-lobby are esthetically beautiful. Rooms are spacious especially oceanfront suite, but rooms are quite dated and showing their age unfortunately. We had issues with some outlets not working, toilet handle was broken and had to call maintenance 2x in 4 days to fix overflow! Difficult to get seated at speciality restaurants- if not lined up at opening time to put name on wait list you will need to eat at buffet only. Hibachi was great, Italian was super slow. 'Most restaurants closed at 3pm. The staff sends you away. Not inclusive as some liquors and wines only available for purchase. Buyer beware from Expedia. Resort credits of $400 is only if you spend $100 then off $25 so you’ll need to spend thousands to get the full $400 credit. I was supposed to get a wine bottle each day and that was not done either. And many of the restaurant s did not have the wine available from the limited selection. Mediocre food - do your research!'

'I have had serval dissatisfaction and disappointment events from staff to service , Expedia says that there’s room service but there is a cut off time which is not mentioned, I didn’t get the bedroom selected on my reservation and many others, However it’s always best for each to have their own experience.'
