'We apparently traveled to Cancun wrong time of year. There was so much seaweed. There was no use of the beach. No swimming was allowed. The pools are fantastic. The staff was great. The food was amazing. Just sad. We couldn’t use the beach.'

'Staff was very friendly, attentive, warm, helpful and welcoming. Room was good, shower wasn’t the best drainage wise, besides that it was great. Room had a beautiful view. Pool was cleanly, lounge area was decently kept. Food was superb, I was pleasantly surprised that just about everything was delicious. This is a wonderful resort to unplug and reset.
