The staff at this resort are phenomenal, the property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the food was better than anticipated, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious, so it was disappointing to see two double beds instead of queens; that change would make this place a 10/10.'

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....
