'First time I've ever booked through VRBO (or any other online system) and I was a little nervous about the whole thing but ....The place was a perfect stay for myself and two 14 year olds .... the clean pond was perfect for the teens who took advantage of it a few times; if we had more time they would have been in it more. Being able to use the grill a few times was great Location was perfect to the beach and quick drives Orleans for paddlebpoarding and Yarmouth for mini golf. My daughter said...

'This was a great property. Although the lock codes didn't work when we first got there a quick call got us into another lock box that had the key. The property manager Rob I think his name was was great. He really cares about the property and is looking too update the locks and other things soon. They've added two grills outside for guests to use which is a great plus! Will definitely be back again.'
