'This was a perfect place for my son and I to stay, with a bedroom for me and a couch for him. The hostess was super nice, and they even left us some fresh local fruit! Everything is newly updated and nice, and the neighborhood is quiet except for the frogs. Highly recommend!'

'Amazing sunsets, beautiful secure gated property, close to Kona airport, Costco and Kailua, yet quiet and away from tourists. Door handle is tricky, so just pull handle up instead of pushing handle down after entering code. Higher elevation, so cools off at night making sleeping very comfortable. Sometimes you hear kids thumping around upstairs. Coqui frogs and murmuring ducks provide lovely nighttime orchestra. Bed is comfortable. Host very responsive to needs and may sell you tasty farm fresh...

'My first time to Kona. Check in was super easy. The property was a walking distance to shopping centers. My only draw back was that the small fan. It wasn't keeping the room as cool as I preferred it to be. However, overall, it was a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to people.'
